The Service Provider is liable only for damage caused by their own intentional fault or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Service Provider is not liable for: decisions made by state authorities, delays at urząd, force majeure, actions of third parties (banks, translators, post), incorrect or untimely actions of the Client.

The maximum liability of the Service Provider is limited to the value of the fee paid for the specific Service.
